Once your order is placed it will be mailed out within 1-3 business days through USPS mail for all domestic addresses within the Continental US, and via insured parcel post for all international orders.
All orders are sent with tracking but there is no signature upon delivery required. Make sure your shipping location is secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number + order details. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Returns & Exchanges
We truly want you to love what you ordered! If something is not right, we want to hear from you. Returns or exchanges must be in their original, UNWORN condition and sent back to CRISTALORE within 10 days of receiving your order. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start your return/exchange, please fill the contact form at this site and we will send you the required form for returns/exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method. All sales are final on International orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on international or domestic orders. We do not refund or accept exchanges on international/Non US Orders.
Refunds and store credits are processed within 30 business days after receipt of package.
